Requirements: - Applicant must be a college student working towards a degree at an accredited college or university, or a high school senior who has been accepted at an accredited college or university. - Applicant is required to have participated or be participating in community service projects.
TO APPLY: APPLICANT MUST SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING * Two letters of recommendation. * Copy of acceptance letter (High School Senior) * Copy of last semester’s grades (College student) * Typed response to the following questions.
-Please respond to the following six questions. 1) In what type of activities have you recently participated? 2) What is your proudest achievement to date? 3) What individual has had the greatest influence on your life and why? 4) What does community service mean to you? 5) What community service projects have you participated in recently? 6) What are your career goals?
